The self tape
As an actor I am prone to needing to do many a self tape. This service is for actors who need not only someone to read in with them but also would appreciate a little bit of direction and guidance.
I have taught and directed actors for a number of years and the results have spoken for themselves.
I would normally do this session on zoom, but should you require in person please email for availability.
1 hour - £80
1:1 Scene Study
One of my favourite things to do! Bring a scene that pushes you, triggers you, scares you. We will read it together and look at where it feels uncomfortable and how we can find a place that feels free and truthful.
This session is sometimes used as a precursor for taping if you have a scene that requires it. Please note that this work can sometimes bring up past experience that clients may want to clear in private therapy sessions.
This is also available as a 1:1 coaching session for two actors who want to club together for a 'private' class.

Workshops
Maximum of 6 actors IRL.
In these workshops we discover where you limit yourself and where you could be more free.
This work is very much based in the therapeutic principles that I work with, so be ready to uncover some long held limiting beliefs with a view to transforming them.
We use scenes to find the parts of self that we default into. A lot of actors will hide behind their default strategy. These workshops are about finding the truth that wants to be spoken.
